Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in Colorado Springs, CO seeks an Associate Program Manager to lead a large DoD program with multiple development efforts. You will interface with the PM team, including SW Architect and Principal Engineer, and oversee systems engineering, software development, cybersecurity, and contracts to meet schedule and budget.

You will manage risk, coordinate with subcontractors, track IMS and EAC, and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, scientific, or other technical discipline.
• Experience with EVMS, IMS, risk management, and managing customer/subcontractor relations.
• Experience with scheduling applications and maintaining a detailed program schedule.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to present to customers at a system level.

Responsibilities

• Lead program teams across systems engineering, software, cybersecurity, finance, contracts, and business development.
• Interface with the PM team and customers, ensuring schedule and budget adherence.
• Maintain IMS and EAC and manage staffing profiles.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and lead contingency plans.
• Manage ADRLs and ensure data requirements are delivered on time.
