Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager II to lead complex defense programs with focus on technical, cost, and schedule performance. The role includes managing budgets, schedules, and customer communications while ensuring contract requirements and SOW compliance.

You will drive risk management, coordinate with multiple departments, and report on key program metrics. Strong DoD contracting knowledge and earned value management experience are essential for success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required.
• Program Management Professional Certification preferred.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR contracting and DoD programs beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define program objectives, schedule, and budget to meet customer goals.
• Manage changes to scope and ensure quality system compliance.
• Coordinate risk management and mitigation activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and procurement.
• Monitor program performance and report status to stakeholders.
