Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. in Orlando seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex programs in DoD environments, coordinating engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and finance to deliver predictable outcomes.

The role requires mastery of program planning, cost control, EVMS, risk management, and effective communication with customers and government partners, with domestic and international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Aerospace, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with DoD Acquisition framework and program milestones.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) required.
• Proficient in MS Office and scheduling tools including MS Project.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned programs to meet cost, schedule, technical and quality commitments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance for predictable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets; manage scope changes.
• Provide risk management, status reporting, and communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee hardware/software integration, testing, and delivery to customers.
