Job summary

Kratos Space Training & Cyber seeks a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end program execution, coordinating Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver on cost, schedule, and quality commitments.

The role requires DoD Acquisition knowledge, strong EVMS experience, and the ability to interact with all management levels, including the CEO. Occasional travel may be required for domestic and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Aerospace, Business, or Engineering.
• Ability to handle sensitive information per government standards.
• Experience interacting with all management levels up to CEO/Division President.
• Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Framework and design milestones.
• Proficient with Earned Value Management and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned programs, ensuring cost, schedule, technical, and quality commitments.
• Coordinate Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver predictable outcomes.
• Manage program plan/schedule and budget to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
• Communicate status and performance, mitigate risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Interface with customers and major contractors on technical, production, and procurement issues.
