Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee program managers and technical specialists in the development and support of major hardware simulation devices for pilot and maintenance training. The role involves budget management, risk assessment, and ensuring project milestones are met while fostering strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in program management, strong knowledge of DoD Acquisition Framework, and relevant certifications. The position is office-based in Dallastown, PA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of specialized experience in program management or leading technical teams.
• Working knowledge of DoD Acquisition Framework and Earned Value Management.
• PMP or DAWIA Level 3 Certification in Program Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead program managers and technical specialists for major hardware simulation devices.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance attributes of complex projects.
• Ensure customer requirements are met with multiple teams within scheduled constraints.
