Job summary

The role is on-site in East Aurora, NY with relocation support; requires BS degree and 10+ years in PM/engineering, 5+ years PM experience, and ability to lead across functions with about 15% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree; 10+ years of professional work experience in program management/engineering
• 5+ years of Program Management related work experience
• Experience delivering on schedule, quality, and financial performance
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across functions
• Experience developing and communicating program budgets, plans, and schedules
• Understanding contractual requirements and scope adherence
• Ability to operate under pressure with multiple priorities
• Travel: ~15% to Moog facilities and customer sites

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize program success through collaboration with stakeholders across sites and functions
• Ensure contract requirements are met through coordination of all program activities
• Achieve program objectives within scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage cost and schedule performance for development programs
• Develop and manage program plans with detailed schedules
• Maintain proactive customer communications and drive issue resolution
• Coordinate with functional groups to develop recovery plans when needed
• Support process improvements and standard work in Program Management
• Contribute to expanding Moog’s book of business via proposals and capture efforts
• Travel: ~15% to Moog facilities and customer sites
