Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/Masters preferred.
• Minimum seven years of Program Management experience.
• Minimum three years of people leadership experience.
• Minimum ten years of professional work experience including program/people management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or more complex programs from concept to delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality and technical performance.
• Define lifecycle plans, milestones, budgets, resources, and performance metrics; drive on-time, on-quality delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical, schedule and cost risks; enforce configuration control and change management.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, testing, quality and sustainment.
• Manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts/SOWs, and oversee contract performance and changes.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts and earned value metrics with Finance.
