Job summary

The role reports to the Business Unit General Manager and requires on-site work in NY with relocation support for qualified candidates. Candidates should have a BS with 10+ years in program management/engineering and 5+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, 10+ years experience preferred in program management or engineering.
• PM leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities; ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Optimize program success through collaboration with stakeholders across sites and functions.
• Ensure contract compliance and manage all program activities within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead cost and schedule performance to meet development objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans and schedules; coordinate with Moog management and customers.

Education

Bachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
