Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or JD preferred.
• 12+ years in legal operations or related fields.
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows and testing.
• Experience managing legal tech platforms (e-billing, document management, e-signatures, holds).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and workflow enablement initiatives for the Legal Department.
• Manage AI pilots from scoping to rollout with defined success metrics.
• Analyze legal workflows and implement AI-driven improvements.
• Oversee legal technology administration and vendor relationships.
• Provide hands-on litigation support, including discovery and document production.
• Conduct legal research and verify AI-generated outputs.
• Coordinate with IT, security, and external service providers.
• Develop playbooks and training materials for tool adoption.
• Plan and manage multiple initiatives with scalable processes.
