Qualifications

Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-enabled legal solutions and technology initiatives.
Partner with lawyers, business stakeholders, PMs, and engineers to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery meeting requirements.
Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, and issues across workstreams.
Support pilots, UAT, rollout, adoption activities, and governance meetings.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and change management.
