Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in the United States, seeks a Senior Program Manager for Legal Tech and Litigation Support. The role combines AI-enabled workflow development with hands-on litigation support, collaborating with attorneys, IT, Security, and external vendors in a remote-first, hybrid-friendly setup.

You will drive AI strategy, manage pilots, optimize workflows, and oversee the legal technology ecosystem including e-billing, e-discovery, and signature tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; JD or advanced law/info systems degree preferred.
• 12+ years in legal operations, legal tech, or litigation support with relevant exposure.
• Experience developing or optimizing AI-enabled workflows and evaluating AI outputs for accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AI enablement roadmap for the Legal Department and manage AI pilots end-to-end.
• Oversee administration of legal technology platforms and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and litigation support activities for employment and civil matters.
• Conduct legal research, verify AI-generated outputs, and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies.
• Communicate risks, progress, and recommendations to Legal leadership.
