Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Legal Operations & IT Lead to drive the selection, deployment, and governance of technology supporting the Legal department. You will collaborate with Legal and IT teams to define requirements, run UAT, and ensure successful adoption across the organization.

The role includes training users, managing procurement, and maintaining document workflows, with emphasis on privacy, security, and AI governance in a fast-paced, global tech environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in-house corporate Legal department.
• Experience implementing and managing legal tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead selection, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of technology platforms for Legal.
• Collaborate with Legal and IT to gather requirements and conduct UAT.
• Train and support Legal users on technology adoption.
• Act as primary point of contact for tech issues and resolutions.
• Manage Legal purchasing, budgets, events, and vendor relationships.
