Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Program Manager for on-site leadership in the SW Austin/Dripping Springs area. The role reports to the COO and focuses on delivering complex customer programs on time, within budget, and to specification.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain while maintaining profitability and strong customer satisfaction. This position requires commuting to the Dripping Springs site and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing customer-facing technical programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Must be a U.S. or Legal Permanent due to ITAR-related requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own programs from initial customer engagement through project completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and performance metrics.
• Prevent scope creep through disciplined project controls.
• Document lessons learned and implement process improvements.
