Agile Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in the Greater Austin area to lead line layout, tooling, and lean workflow design for cutting-edge energy systems.

You will drive high-yield, repeatable manufacturing operations and apply digital tools to eliminate waste and improve yield across value streams. Key responsibilities include designing scalable assembly systems, developing custom tooling, optimizing material flow, and driving process control.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering in engine/energy assemblies.
• Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and GD&T, fixture development.
• Experience scaling low-volume/prototype into high-repeatability production in precision industries.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma, DOE, capability studies, IQ/OQ/PQ frameworks.

Responsibilities
