You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain and Quality to ensure on‑time, within‑budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMI/PMBOK or Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies knowledge preferred.
• 5+ years of Program Management or Project Management experience leading complex cross‑functional projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead projects from initiation through successful completion.
• Define project priorities and ensure alignment with objectives and customer expectations.
• Prepare and manage SOWs, budgets, contracts, and documentation.
• Ensure programs adhere to contractual commitments and organizational goals.
