Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high‑impact contract in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IC program management and experience running programs with 65+ FTEs and multiple subcontractors.

A TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is required or willingness to obtain an FSP. The role demands leadership, strong communications, and expertise in government acquisitions and contract management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Senior Program Management experience in the IC community.
• Experience managing programs with 65+ FTEs and multiple subcontractors.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (FSP preferred) or willingness to obtain an FSP.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cyber related field; PMP preferred; strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with CPAF, FFP and LOE contracts; Government acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contract and serve as Government point of contact.
• Provide technical supervision and guidance for personnel assigned to the contract.
• Develop efficiency improvements and best practices for the program office.
• Oversee contract deliverables, performance, and reporting.
• Manage contract financials and on-contract growth targets; monitor risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate subcontract management, invoicing, and change proposals.
• Collaborate with systems, security, and support teams; travel as needed.
