Qualifications

• 10+ years of Senior Program Management experience in the IC/community
• Experience managing programs with 65+ FTEs and multiple subcontractors
• Current active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly (FSP preferred) or willingness to obtain an FSP

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the contract
• Serve as the Government’s point of contact
• Provide technical supervision and guidance for all personnel assigned to the contract
• Oversee all contractual responsibilities and delivery of all contract deliverables
• Ensure an efficient, effective, and economical level of contract support is provided to the program office
• Develop and manage risk and opportunities
• Develop and manage on-contract growth targets
• Develop and manage program master schedule
• Provide oversight of staff and support activities
• Maximize award fee or incentive based fee score
• Manage overall contract performance including subcontract management, invoicing, and change proposals
