Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience in facilities project management.
• Five (5) years of experience with MS Project or other PM software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage project design and construction efforts.
• Evaluate construction contractor performance.
• Prepare and distribute project communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely input of data into MAXIMO software project management tool.
• Prepare Contractor Performance Report upon contract closeout.
