Job summary

Jacobs is expanding its Data Center & Advanced Manufacturing practice across the US. We seek a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical facility programs, coordinating multi-discipline teams from concept to construction.

Selected candidates will collaborate with hyperscale owners and industry leaders, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and advance innovative safety and QA/QC practices. A strong PM track record in complex infrastructure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
• 12–15 years of progressive project management experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs
• 5 years demonstrated PM experience on Data Center, Advanced Technology, or Semiconductor projects
• Fluency across OE, EPCM, or Design-Build; ability to articulate delivery structure, risk allocation, and team coordination model
• Proficiency in project controls tools P6 or MS Project (scheduling), cost tracking systems, and earned value reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract administration, and risk register across the project delivery landscape.
• Manage Jacobs engineering fee budgets and subcontract scopes; track earned value, cost-at-completion, and variance monthly
• Lead project schedule development in P6 or MS Project; drive critical path analysis and recovery planning across multi-discipline milestones (BOD, 30%/60%/IFC design, permit, construction)
• Administer prime contracts and subconsultant agreements; manage change order processes with disciplined scope and cost substantiation
