Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of facility, infrastructure, and manufacturing projects for aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

You will act as Owner's Representative, guiding planning, design, construction, and delivery while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence. You will oversee project teams, coordinate with client leadership, and provide executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of program, project, or construction management experience.
• Experience managing large capital projects in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, aviation, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a multi-project aerospace capital improvement program.
• Provide oversight of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Manage project managers, construction managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and program reporting.
• Review project controls, cost forecasts, schedules, and change management activities.
• Coordinate project execution within active manufacturing and operational environments.
• Provide executive-level updates and recommendations to client leadership.
