Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture required.
• Experience as a client facing Design Project Manager with multiple disciplines.
• Top Secret clearance is required and US Citizenship.
• PMI Certification and Federal/DOD project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, on time and within scope and budget.
• Serve as primary client contact from initiation to project closeout.
• Develop proposal fees and scope, coordinate with discipline leads, and lead fee negotiations.
• Facilitate communication plans and conduct status review meetings with stakeholders.
• Monitor financial metrics, schedules, and staffing for each project.
• Guide development and quality of project documents per Jacobs Quality Program.
