Job summary

RFCUNY, through its Office of Careers and Industry Partnerships, seeks a Senior Program Manager to design, develop, and manage the Internship to Employment (I2E) program serving graduating seniors and recent alumni in New York City. The role focuses on converting internships into sustained employment while coordinating with employers, funders, and CUNY staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in workforce development, business development, or student services programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead continued development, recruitment, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of I2E’s operations and policies.
• Collaborate with CUNY leadership to develop and execute an employer recruitment strategy.
• Interface with students, employer partners, industry intermediaries, CUNY and RFCUNY staff to provide excellent customer service to all project stakeholders.
• Coordinate intern hiring and termination processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute professional development for interns with employers.
• Manage payroll, sub-contracting, and invoicing for student interns and employer partners.
• Perform program analysis and quarterly/ad-hoc reports.
• Develop and implement surveys for stakeholders to gather feedback.
