Job summary

RFCUNY, the Research Foundation of The City University of New York, seeks a Senior Program Manager to design, develop, and manage the Internship to Employment program (I2E) serving graduating seniors and recent alumni.

You will partner with NYC small businesses, funders, and students to convert internships into employment, lead program operations, and coordinate payroll and reporting while maintaining excellent customer service and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of workforce development or student services experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including employers and faculty.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evaluation of I2E operations and policies.
• Collaborate with CUNY leadership on employer recruitment strategy.
• Coordinate intern hiring and payroll processes with stakeholders.
• Develop professional development for interns with employers.
• Prepare quarterly data reports and stakeholder surveys for feedback.
• Develop communications materials and manage program website.
• Attend staff meetings and perform special projects.
