Job summary

RFCUNY's Office of Careers and Industry Partnerships is seeking a Senior Program Manager to design, develop, and manage the Internship to Employment (I2E) program for graduating seniors and recent alumni in New York City.

You will partner with small businesses, funders, and CUNY staff to convert internships into permanent roles, requiring proven workforce development expertise, superior written and verbal communication, and strong planning and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in workforce development or related programs.
• Ability to coordinate activities with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, recruitment, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of I2E operations.
• Collaborate with CUNY leadership to recruit employers and partners.
• Coordinate payroll, invoicing, and reporting for interns and partners.
• Develop surveys and reports to assess program performance.
