Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and expand the Internship to Employment (I2E) program. You will design, implement, and oversee operations, partnering with employers, students, and campus stakeholders to convert internships into full-time roles.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in workforce development or related fields, with strong communication and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in workforce development, business development, or student services programs.
• Ability to set priorities, coordinate ongoing activities and respond to urgent issues.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and management of the Internship to Employment program.
• Develop employer recruitment strategies and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll, sub-contracting, and invoicing for interns and partners.
• Prepare annual reports and key program performance metrics for funders.
• Host recruiting events and ensure excellent customer service for participants.
