Job summary

RFCUNY Research Foundation of the City University of New York seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and expand the university-wide MTA internship program. You will manage contracts, budgets, marketing, and recruit campus partners to broaden access to high-quality, career-connected learning opportunities.

The role requires collaboration with campuses, employer partners, and internal teams, with a hybrid work schedule and travel across NYC.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout NYC.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of the program, ensuring effective program delivery and high-quality student experiences.
• Coordinate onboarding, payroll and timekeeping for interns with CUNY and RF CUNY teams.
• Track intern hours, payroll inquiries, and compliance with HR processes.
• Lead information sessions, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Create budgets, contracts, and financial reporting in coordination with partners.
• Analyze program data to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements.
• Develop marketing and promotion to maximize student participation.
