Job summary

RFCUNY seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow the university-wide CUNY MTA internship program, reporting to the Director of Public Sector Internships. You will oversee contract, program and budget management, marketing, recruiting and scaling efforts to maximize student exposure.

You will collaborate with campuses, employer partners, and stakeholders to align the program with workforce needs, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality, career-connected learning experiences across NYC.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites throughout NYC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, payroll, and timekeeping processes for interns in collaboration with CUNY and RF CUNY teams.
• Track intern hours, address payroll inquiries, and support compliance with HR processes.
• Lead or assist with information sessions, meetings, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide high-quality customer service to students, partner agencies, and CUNY staff.
• Create and manage program budgets, fiscal planning, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Perform analysis, develop reporting of program data to evaluate performance, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and manage marketing and promotion of the program, including information sessions to ensure maximum participation.
• Perform regular check-ins with interns and employer partners.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as needed.
