• Facilitate professional development workshops and training.
• Maintain program data reporting and internship database.
• Provide individual and group support for student interns.
• Cultivate employer relationships to develop opportunities.
• Assist with employer orientation, training, and ongoing support.
• Develop tools to streamline policies and procedures.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate internship relevance and quality.
