Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to design, develop, and manage the Internship to Employment (I2E) program for graduating seniors and recent alumni in New York City.

You will lead operations, partner with employers, funders, and campus staff, oversee payroll, contracts, and invoicing, and produce data-driven program evaluations while guiding staff to achieve timely outcomes in a 70% in-person, 30% remote hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing workforce development, business development, or student services programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development, recruitment, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of I2E operations.
• Collaborate with CUNY leadership to develop and execute an employer recruitment strategy.
• Interface with students, employer partners, industry intermediaries, staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate intern hiring and termination processes with stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll, sub-contracting, and invoicing for student interns and employer partners.
• Develop and implement surveys for stakeholders to gather feedback on programs.
