Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the Installation Support and Program Management Division activities.
Collaborate with commander and staff, ensuring continuity of leadership.
Prepare, compile, review, analyze, and submit program data for budget and business plan.
Serve as the center spokesperson between the center and sponsors/customers.
Supervise engineers, technical experts, program and project managers, and support staff.
Implement program management guidance and policy.
Establish corporate goals on schedule, cost, scope, and budget within PgMP.
Conduct periodic program review and analysis briefings comparing progress to milestones.
