Job summary

US Army Corps of Engineers District seeks an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across Civil Works and MILCON programs. You will oversee funding, scheduling, and policy guidance for the District Commander, and coordinate with higher authorities and external partners.

The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of federal financial management systems (P2, CEFMS). A GS-14 level candidate with strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team and directs life-cycle project funding.
• Formulate multi-year funding strategies with the assurance of data integrity across financial and project databases such as P2, Power BI, Qlik Sense, CEFMS, EDW and other USACE AIS systems or similar systems.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers and other offices, including higher authority, on the execution of Civil Works programs and MILCON projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs a multi-disciplinary staff and assigns work to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Oversees manpower and recruitment actions for the division.
• Leads formulation of district programs from study through construction and sets priorities.
• Manages annual and multi-year funding programs to ensure fiscal health.
