  • Develop Engineering and Construction Division's Operating Budget including processing of civil works, military and other program requirements documentation.
  • Serve as senior policy advisor to Chief of Engineering and Construction Division.
  • Represent District at meetings and conferences to provide budget justification and support the Operation and Maintenance Program.
