Job summary

SPX Technologies, including The Marley Company, is seeking a Program Manager to lead assigned engineering programs, manage schedules, resources, and funding, and ensure timely Stage-Gate deliverables aligned with product strategy, safety, performance, and cost goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, technical, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant industrial experience in a technical role.
• Five or more years of program/project and people management experience.
• Knowledge of the technical and administrative aspects of all phases of project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned engineering programs and manage schedules, resources, and funding.
• Define Stage-Gate deliverables, funding requirements, and resource loading.
• Develop and maintain detailed program timelines and tracking tools.
• Track programs against schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and communicate status to leadership.
• Prepare and present program status reports and executive updates.
