Job summary

SPX Technologies seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead assigned engineering programs, overseeing schedules, resources, and funding to meet Stage-Gate deliverables and product strategy. You will guide cross-functional teams, assess risks, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets.

Strong communication and leadership are essential as you coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders, drive problem solving, and maintain program execution across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant industrial experience in a technical role.
• Five or more years of program/project and people management experience.
• Knowledge of project management phases and documentation.
• Ability to develop schedules, timelines, resource plans, and tracking.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across disciplines.
• Identify, prioritize, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Understand product strategies and translate to program requirements.
• Familiarity with operations including scheduling, procurement, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering programs, managing schedules, resources, and funding.
• Define Stage-Gate deliverables and track progress against budgets.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program timelines and plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates and reports for leadership.
