Zusammenfassung

SPX Technologies is seeking a Maintenance & Capital Projects Manager to lead the facility’s capital strategy and maintenance operations. You will coordinate capital projects, ensure safety and reliability, and drive continuous improvement across facilities and testing operations.

The role requires multi-disciplinary collaboration, strong project management, and a hands-on approach to optimize infrastructure and testing readiness for current and future growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, capital project management, or related field.
• Experience managing capital expenditure budgets and long-range infrastructure plans.
• Strong leadership of employees, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in capital planning, budgeting, and project documentation.

Aufgaben

• Capital Planning & Project Execution across multi-year plans.
• Oversee facility maintenance and readiness with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Coordinate contractor/vendor selection, budgeting, and procurement.
• Lead and develop the Facility Coordinator and labor resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align facilities with testing needs and growth.
