Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership for assigned engineering programs, managing schedules, resources, and funding to ensure timely Stage-Gate deliverables aligned with product strategy, quality, safety, performance, schedule, and cost requirements.

You will lead cross-functional program teams, establish objectives and detailed schedules, identify risks, and maintain accountability for execution across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in a technical role with manufacturing exposure.
• Five or more years in program/project and people management.
• Experience defining schedules, budgets, and milestones for programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned engineering programs and Stage-Gate deliverables.
• Manage program schedules, resources, and funding to meet product strategy and cost constraints.
• Lead cross-functional program teams and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and track progress against plans.
• Develop reports and communications using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
