Job description

We are currently seeking on a high-impact Senior Program Manager opportunity supporting complex new product development and production programs within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is highly visible and focuses on driving program execution, customer engagement, schedule/budget management, and cross-functional leadership from development through production launch. The ideal background includes: Seven years’ experience within aerospace manufacturing environments, primes/Tier 1 suppliers, Lean Manufacturing, Phase Gate processes, and complex fabrication environments is highly desired.

• Aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience
• Program or project leadership within engineering/manufacturing environments
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, customers)
• Strong understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and program execution
• Exposure to new product introduction (NPI), product development, or phase-gate environments, High-visibility aerospace programs supporting commercial, military, and space applications.
