Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience or Master’s with 6 years in government contracts or project management.
• Experience leading integrated program teams and cost/schedule management.
• Competent in Project Management skills and tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling, budgeting).
• Active Secret clearance with SAP and SCI; ability to work onsite in Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Measure and report program performance to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain budgets, baselines, and EVM considerations.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans across programs.
• Foster customer relationships and capture new business opportunities.
