Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Project Manager to drive cross-functional execution within Support & Training. You will interface with program and SDS division leaders, manage scope and budget, and report progress to senior management.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance and strong program management experience. The position offers a 9/80 work schedule, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to engage with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with related experience; master’s or PhD may substitute for experience.
• U.S. Citizen with active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience briefing executive leadership and working with senior management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project tools; knowledge of EVMS.
• Ability to obtain CAM certification and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across program segments and functional teams to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop change control packages, budget change requests, and brief senior review boards.
• Monitor progress, produce performance reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead team-building efforts and maintain high-quality project management deliverables.
