Northrop Grumman is hiring a Program Manager Level 2 in Plymouth, MN to lead cross-functional IPTs and manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across defense programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years (or Master’s with 6 years) of related experience, and an active Secret clearance with SAP/SCI eligibility. Onsite work in Plymouth is required; relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 6 years in government contracts or project management.
• 5 years of experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost and achieving all requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Active Secret clearance with SAP and SCI eligibility.
• Must be able to work onsite in Plymouth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Integrated Program Teams (IPT) to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Measure and report program performance.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
• Build customer relationships and bring growth opportunities.
• Lead capture activities for new or follow-on business.
• Negotiate contracts, changes, budgets, and milestones.
• Create, review and finalize the program Statement of Work.
