Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 10 years of related experience, or Master’s with 8 years, in PM/engineering/cost management
• Ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance within a reasonable period
• Experience managing program budgets
• Experience briefing senior leadership on financial and program performance

Responsibilities

• Ensure subcontractors have documented maturation processes to report yield improvements
• Communicate yield improvement metrics to partners to satisfy CDLRs
• Provide leadership to program integration staff through mentoring and staff development
• Set strategies and direction for operations and program management areas within the program
• Manage all phases of the program from inception through completion including cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Deliver presentations to customers and executives; manage milestones and schedules
