Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager - Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead a growing, multi-site portfolio.

The role focuses on planning, governance, and execution of enterprise technology initiatives spanning cloud, networking, end-user computing, and IT service management. The candidate will lead a team of Project Managers, drive delivery across complex initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders on budgets, priorities, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading Infrastructure & Operations initiatives and multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio and governance.
• Lead large-scale programs including cloud adoption and data center modernization.
• Coach and develop a team of Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Partner with leadership for budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and ITSM.
