Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. seeks a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead the enterprise I&O project portfolio from Daytona Beach, FL, Plano, TX, or Remote for the right candidate.

The role oversees cloud services, data center modernization, network transformation, ITSM, and operational excellence while guiding a team of Project Managers. You will drive portfolio governance, budgeting, executive reporting, and strategic alignment with technology roadmaps, ensuring delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management.
Experience leading Infrastructure & Operations initiatives and programs.
Experience with portfolio governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
Experience mentoring Project Managers and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio.
Lead large-scale programs including cloud adoption, data center modernization, and ITSM initiatives.
Partner with leadership to assess portfolio capacity and delivery priorities.
Establish governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks for portfolio health.
Directly lead complex Infrastructure & Operations projects through full lifecycle.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and risks.
