  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, executive status reports, and other project governance artifacts for assigned initiatives.
  • Provide delivery of leadership and oversight for projects managed by other Project Managers, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities, governance standards, and organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between cost, complexity, operational impact, risk, and business value to support effective decision-making.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in accordance with enterprise architecture, security requirements, operational standards, and service-level objectives.
Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration
  • Partner with technology, business, finance, security, compliance, and operations leaders to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
