Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree required or master's preferred in related area (or equivalent of 4-5 years of related experience)
• Minimum 6 years of applied/relevant professional experience applying operations knowledge or similar experience outside of Public Health
• Expert understanding of Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook
• Project management experience; PMP preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and complex projects with workplans, milestones and KPIs
• Manage complex projects and funding portfolios: timelines, budgets, risks, scope and partner relationships
• Prepare regular progress reports for leadership, funders and stakeholders
• Ensure grant compliance and alignment with organizational priorities
• Oversee data collection and analysis; develop dissemination methods
• Track invoices and payments; ensure timely and accurate disbursements
• Champion accountability, continuous improvement, and data-informed decision making
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and meetings; build consensus and resolve barriers
• Develop and implement organizational capacity-building initiatives and performance dashboards
• Support governance, policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Monitor organizational performance measures and provide leadership with insights
