Plan and deliver on organization objectives through program development, management of day-to-day program operations, and technical execution of programs. Collaborate with Bureau/Department leadership to oversee programs and special initiatives in the development, coordination, submission, and implementation of various strategic plans and performance reports. Manage all aspects of Bureau/Department programs from initiation through closeout. Provide oversight and technical assistance to sub-recipients or assisted business and development entities. Oversee policy manual development, revisions, and implementations in coordination with functional areas. Coordinate the entry of accomplishment data, project completion, and program closeout data in systems. Provide guidance for others in program management and delegate work, as needed.
Degrees awarded outside of the United States with the exception of those awarded in one of the United States’ territories and Canada must be credentialed by an approved U.S. credential evaluation service belonging to the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES) or the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE).

Salary Range: $101,509 - $117,778/Yearly
This is a safety sensitive position, requires successful completion of post-offer tests, which may include a background check, drug screen and medical examination.
