Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Program Manager III to lead a large, complex program across multiple sites. You will oversee subordinate staff, contractors, and community partners, ensuring goals align with contracts and budgets. The role emphasizes supervision, accountability, and program performance.

You will manage budgets, report to funders, and coordinate services and housing opportunities for participants, with a focus on outcomes and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work (or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in Social Services Program Management, Coordination or Supervision.
• Minimum 4 years of direct staff management experience in Homeless Services, DMH and/or SUD programs.
• Budget management/oversight experience and ability to work with multiple funding sources.
• Experience managing programs with over 10 staff and diverse client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program budget, development and service delivery per grant requirements.
• Create program policies, procedures and communications documents.
• Proactively manage scope changes, identify crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team and VOALA staff across sites.
• Collaborate with sub-contractors and community partners to provide housing and services.
