Job summary

VOALA is seeking a Program Supervisor I to provide experience-based competencies and administrative support to our program staff, helping meet contracted goals and key performance indicators. The role involves supervising staff, overseeing intake, developing service plans, and ensuring high-quality service delivery on-site.

The position requires fingerprint clearance and the ability to manage challenging situations while maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must pass fingerprint clearance and background check
• Ability to perform under emotional stress when serving vulnerable clients

Responsibilities

• Achieve grant objectives by supervising program staff and monitoring service delivery
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of program service providers and oversee intake and service plans
• Conduct weekly case conferencing and monthly case file audits
• Monitor program compliance and maintain documentation of procedures
• Assist Director with policy implementation and staff training
• Coordinate outreach and collaboration with community partners
• Other duties as assigned
