• Manages and sets priorities for programs and portfolios comprising multiple projects and teams.
• Oversees staffing, governance, reporting and communication with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Provides leadership in interpreting, developing and implementing project requirements and charters.
• Guides selection and prioritization of projects for inclusion in a program/portfolio.
• Delivers risk management, change management and issue resolution across projects.
