You will drive Lean-Agile transformation, oversee program governance, and ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and performance targets using Jira/Jira Align.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex healthcare IT integration programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAFe or Agile programs with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Integration call orders with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Drive Lean-Agile adoption and continuous improvement across stakeholder offices in alignment with SAFe principles.
• Oversee SAFe reporting requirements, ensuring two-week sprint progress reporting leveraging Jira and Jira Align.
